1- Download and Run ProxyChecker v1.2
2- Googling for Free proxy server list. Copy-paste the list to a .txt file (use Notepad), then save it.
3- In ProxyChecker window, click [Read from file] button and define the saved .txt file.
4- Now click on [test] or [Just test connection] button and wait for ProxyChecker to perform its task.
5- Once it has completed entire process you can find the list of good working proxies and save that list to file with [save to file] option.
